📢 Youth Ensemble - Direct Entry or Passing Percussion Auditions Upon Completion of Specialized Course

Upon completion of the specialized course, members of the Youth Ensemble name and define their own band style. Guided by instructors, they demonstrate outstanding skills, turning the ensemble into a vibrant, passionate new haven for youth. The curriculum is diverse, covering not only percussion techniques but also:
•Master Classes: Expanding students’ international percussion perspectives by inviting expert masters, both domestic and international, for guest lectures.
•Stage Presentation Classes: Professional stage courses and public performances held at formal venues, including live album recordings for ensembles established for more than three years.
•External Courses: A variety of courses including drama or theater classes, physical rhythm sessions, popular street dance, Chinese percussion techniques, jazz drumming, BEAT BOX, and more, enriching students’ performance elements.
•All-Round Music Awards: A comprehensive professional stage for youth ensembles selected nationwide to showcase their skills.
📢 Foundation Class - Elementary School Level and Above, No Music Background Required

•Weekly class, once a week for 80 minutes per session
•Each term consists of 11 classes over 3 months, completing a 2-year program
•Adopting the guidance style of professional music ensembles, enabling children to advance their learning in the field of percussion.
•Specialized training offering an additional avenue for future academic pursuits.
•Curriculum design emphasizes individual instrument techniques within percussion and ensemble abilities.
•The cohesion and interpersonal skills developed in group ensemble learning surpass the experience gained in one-on-one instruction.
•Upon completion of the two-year course, students advance to the Meilin Holistic Music Youth Orchestra.
📢 Adult Group Class
•Weekly class, once a week for 70 minutes per session
•Two years / 8 terms / 11 classes per term
The curriculum focuses on ensemble pieces, allowing each learner to effortlessly integrate dry music theory while also incorporating essential rhythm training, making the learning experience dynamic. Each class is akin to a complete percussion ensemble.
